Because of you Part 11:
Dear Barbara,
Have you ever abide to the mission of your company’s mission “to protect and advance the right of San Francisco’s seniors and adults with disabilities.”
In your 2022 case, you certainly did not, you defended a 41 year old non disabled man and a 61 year old non disabled man while you dragged a 70 year old plaintiff in court like your slave and you mentally torture his disabled wife.
Let’s go back to your 120 mandatory questions you and your subordinates gave me:
Interrogatory questions 47 to 49: you asked for the facts, documentation that there used to be tenants in the downstairs 1 bedroom flat that left due to your 61 year old client behaviour. You also asked for me to identify each individual with knowledge of the fact that the previous tenants left due to your clients’ behaviour.
See Declaration form, MC-030, which you should have read it before you gave me this interrogatory questions. The previous tenants in downstairs unit said “to elaborate,Jeff had been feeding the pigeons, crows, and raccoons by throwing food craps on the neighbouring roof(our landlord other property.)”
The previous tenants in the downstairs unit also said that your client (Jeff) “shouted at our landlord or sent us intimidating messages. His text (Jeff’s text ) became so aggressive and threatening that we blocked him on our phones.”
The last sentence of the Declaration of the previous tenants read” Ultimately, we chose to move out rather than continuing to endure his hostile (Jeff’s) behaviour.”
So, Barbara and subordinates, do yourself productive in your job as the defendant’s lawyer to lie in court and intimidate the plaintiff and his disabled wife for your not disabled 41 year old and not disabled 61 clients who are described as disruptive and hostile?
